Dr. Beverly Reed is double board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is an experienced and highly-qualified physician who is passionate about employing a personalized team approach to helping patients overcome the struggles of infertility. Dr. Reed earned her medical degree at Texas A&M College of Medicine and received many prestigious awards during her medical training. She completed her residency training as a Chief Resident at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Science Education Consortium and entered practice as an OB/GYN specialist. She then went on to complete a three-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Reed is a highly-respected researcher who has authored numerous publications (multiple academic journal articles and chapters in 2 textbooks) and she has presented her research frequently at meetings all across the United States.
Dr. Reed is also a volunteer faculty member at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has served as an Associate Editor for Human Reproduction and was named as a Top Reviewer for scoring in the top 10% of all reviewers. Her numerous awards and accolades include: Excellence in Medical Student Education Award, Academic Excellence Award, Best Teaching Resident Award, Extra Mile Award, Chairman’s Award for research presented at a national meeting, Outstanding Graduating Resident Award, Outstanding Chief Resident Award for Laparoscopic Surgery, Outstanding Resident Research Award, and Best Case Report Award. Dr. Reed has been recognized by her peers on the lists for: D Magazine Best Doctors, 360 West Top Doctors, and Super Doctors Rising Stars. On a personal note, Dr. Reed is a mother of 3 children. Her love for her children brings her drive and passion to help others.
Dr. Reed has a special interest in helping patients who have had previously had unsuccessful treatments. Her goal is to help patients troubleshoot why past IUI, IVF, FETs have not worked. She offers comprehensive reproductive immunology evaluation and treatment as well as expertise in diminished ovarian reserve, endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent miscarriage, and fibroids.
